[Kiel] The German regional states Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Lower Saxony want to guarantee the broadcast of digital stations in the regional state treaty for media. By adding three new digital stations (NDR Musik Plus, NDR Info Spezial, NDR Traffic) public broadcaster NDR is challenged to upgrade its technology according to state of the art.
