WorldDMB Car Manufacturers Workshop
Now that the Eureka 147 family of standards DAB, DAB+, DMB has been chosen by, or is already in use in, Europe's three largest countries, together with many of the smaller states and around the world the reality of a single digital radio system is the future. WorldDMB recognises the importance of working with the car industry to ensure that the in-car digital radio experience gives consumers the quality they have come to expect from digital broadcasting.

Participants
This event will bring together WorldDMB members including broadcasters, manufacturers, government bodies and regulators, chip solution providers from the world of digital radio broadcasting together with car manufacturers, OEMs and chip manufacturers from the car industry. Please note that due to limited places there will only be one place per company available.
Venue: Hildesheim, near Hannover
Start/End times: 10.00 - 17.30 (evening event: 18.00-20.00)
Networking Event
A networking event will be held on the evening of the day to give participants the opportunity to network, meet and discuss the topics from the day with speakers and panellists.
Output from the event
A key output from this Workshop will be a transcript of all presentations, interactive question and answer sessions. This information will be sent out within a week of the event by PDF to all WorldDMB members.
